Passport to Manhood

Age 11-14

Passport to Manhood teaches responsibility to boys ages 11 to 14 with sessions that focus on a specific aspect of character and manhood through highly interactive activities.

SMART Moves

Age 5-15

SMART Moves is a prevention and education program addressing problems such as drug and alcohol use and premature sexual activity.

SMART Girls

Age 8-17

SMART Girls provides health, fitness, prevention/education and self-esteem enhancement for girls ages 8 to 17.

Teens Let’s Talk Session

The Teen Let’s Talk sessions provide an open forum environment, emphasizing peer interaction and identity development. The group takes advantage of the middle school “tipping point” (in which youth are willing to try new activities to further develop their self-identity) by providing a safe place to explore new activities and discussion with staff in a non-judgmental environment. 

MindUp® Mindfulness

Thoughtful social interaction and self-regulation. 

Anxiety Management (Nervous Nellies)

Members learn and practice various calming skills to assist in managing their anxiety levels. 

Anger Management (Phoenix Group)

Members learn what emotions or thoughts precede their anger and develop alternative ways of thinking rationally. Each member develops more effective strategies to handling their anger.

Triple Play

Age 5-18

Help Kids Create Healthy Habits

Triple Play takes a holistic approach to health and wellness in three key areas:

Mind: Helps Club members develop a knowledge base to acquire healthy habits, such as making smart food choices, understanding appropriate portion sizes and creating fun and balanced meals.

Body: Encourages young people to be physically active through fun daily fitness, including games and activities to get them moving. Daily fitness challenges give youth of every age a chance to play longer and harder at a variety of games.

Soul: Provides social recreation programs and activities that strengthen interpersonal skills, foster good character and develop positive relationships and cooperation among young people. Club youth acquire a healthy self-concept and belief in their self-worth, and cope well with positive and adverse situations.
